Meet the Director
Hello, my name is Barbara Whittaker, and being Director of Ms Barbara’s ABC Learning center has been one of the most challenging and exciting opportunities of my adult life. Having the opportunity to become involved and encourage so many young children to start unfolding and developing their young minds has been an inspiration to me. It is my personal goal to provide a platform of early literacy learning while providing them with life learning experience.
I have approximately 15 years experience in working with children of various ages and most recently my last 11 years have been focused on working with pre-school children. I have a BSBA with a concentration in Early Childhood Education. I have credentials from the California Teachers Commission as a Program Director. I have numerous certificates in pre-school education and related subjects and plan to continue to enhance my education and skills to provide the children attending Ms Barbara’s ABC Learning Center a high quality learning environment.
